Why is booking direct cheaper?+
Booking platforms charge guests a 12–18% service fee on top of our rate. When you book here, there's no middleman: same home, same dates, lower price. We guarantee it's the best rate available anywhere.

What's the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation until 14 days before arrival on standard stays. Inside 14 days, we refund whatever we can re-book. Longer and corporate stays have their own terms; ask us.
How does check-in work?+
Self check-in from 3pm with a personal key code. No lockbox hunting, no waiting around. Arriving early with luggage? Tell us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you host children and dogs?+
Children, happily: travel cots and high chairs are free on request. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement in the Garden Townhouse.
Can we book longer or recurring stays?+
Yes: stays of 28 nights or more get preferential rates, and we set up simple recurring arrangements for companies with regular London travel. Email us for a quote.
